Requirement:? Extensivebackgroundinaccounting,includingaccountingdegreeand3+yearsexperienceinasenioraccountingorauditrole;? 1+yearsworkingexperiencewithintheSarbanes-Oxleytestingenvironment,includingoutstandingunderstandingofinternalcontrolprocessestoassess,develop,andtestKeyFinancialcontrols;? Proficientinthepreparationoffocusedtestscripts,performanceofdetailedSOXinternalcontrolstesting,andresolutionofcriticalissuesasnecessary;? Abilitytoworkindependentlyatforeignlocations;? Excellentcommunicationskillstomaintaineffectiveworkingrelationshipwithbusinessprocessowners,staffpersonnel,thirdpartiesandInternalAudit; ? Broadworkingknowledgeof SAPtofacilitatethedesignandimplementationofcontrolsisaplus;? Abilitytocommunicate,bothverballyandorally,inEnglish ? Advanceddegree(CPA)andcertifications(CIA,CFA),andforeignlanguageskillsareaplus. ? InternationalandDomesticTravelupto60% JobResponsibility: Thispositionwillactasaconsultanttothebusinessprocessownersandtoassistindesigning,implementing,andmonitoringremediationofinternalcontrols. ThepositionwillworkwithintheCorporateInternalControlFunctiontoimplementaneffectiveframeworktoensurethatinternalcontrolsareproperlydocumented,testedandremediatedinpreparationfortheannualreviewbyexternalauditors. Thepersonwillhavesignificantinterfacewithbusinessprocessownersandthirdpartiesandwillprovideupdatesonstatusoftesting,focusingonescalatingissuesrequiringmanagementinvolvement. 1.PerformsSOXtestingtoensurethatSarbanes-Oxleytestingiscompletedinatimelymanner.2.Ensuresthatkeycontrolsprocessnarrativesandflowchartsaredocumented(updatedornew)atleastanannualbasis;ensuresthatcontrolsareconsistentlyimplementedandexecutedateachentitythroughouttheirregionofresponsibility.3.ProvidesregularreportingtoProjectManager,localoperations,andfinancemanagementtoensuretheyareawareofthestatusofinternalcontrolreviewandremediationefforts.4.Evaluatesthedesignandexecutionofinternalcontrolsatlocationsthroughouttheregiontoensureconsistencybetweenlocations. Also,servesasliaisonwithProjectManagertoensurebestpracticesfromotherregionsarereflectedglobally.
