岗位要求JobQualification：l 30周岁以上，大专以上学历，机械或电气相关类专业；l 30yearsoldandabove,Collegedegreeinmechanicalandelectricalsubject;l 熟悉精益生产，ISO9001、7s；l BefamiliarwithLeanManufacturing,7s,ISO9001qualitysystem;l 6年以上生产线现场管理经验,4年以上生产主管经验，有牙科医疗器械或医疗器械行业经验者优先；l Atlease6yearsexperienceinproductionlineand4yearsexperienceinproductionsupervisor,medicalequipmentordentalequipmentexperienceispreferred;l 良好的组织、协调、沟通能力；l Goodleadershipandcoachingskills,goodorganizationalskillsandcommunicationskills;l 具有良好的团队合作精神及高度的工作责任感；l Teamplayerandstronglyresponsibilitysense;l 良好的计算机应用能力，熟练使用办公软件。l GoodPCskillandofficesoftware,Englishskillispreferred;l 能够用英文说、读、写。l GoodEnglishspeaking,readingandwriting.l 具有良好的职业道德l Goodoccupationalmoral. 岗位职责JobDescription：l 确保所有产品能及时保质交货；l Ensuringtimelydeliveryandqualityofallproduction;l 保证生产车间严格遵守安全方针和“7s”进行生产操作；l Guaranteeingthatworkshopcomplysafetyguidelineand7sregulation;l 根据每周及每月生产能力制定生产计划；l Plansproductionaccordingtoweekly&monthlycapacity;l 以有效的方式管理车间生产线及工人，确保物料供应能跟上定单需求，负责生产车间的设备维护；l Managesproductionlinesandworkersbyefficiencyway,ensuretogetmaterialssupplyingoforders,takecareequipmentmaintenance;l 完善和落实生产力、提高产品质量，积极力求生产的精益求精；l Improveandimplementsproductivity,qualityimprovements,leadingleanmanufacturinginitiatives;l 确保生产在预算内运作,在确保高质量的前提下，尽量降低成本l Ensuringthatproductioncostiswithinbudget,constantlytryingtocutcostswhilemaintainingthehigheststandardofqualityl 负责对下属员工进行培训，定期对下属员工表现进行评价并及时告知他们；l Providestraining&feedbacktosubordinates，reviewandreportthemperformancetimely;l 辅助生产线和工艺进程的改进；l Assistantproductionlineandprocessimprovement;l 在生产过程中产品质量的管理控制；l In-processqualitycontrol;l 按照良好的生产制造规范，制定、审查、管理和实施生产运行程序并培养优秀的生产人才；l Prepare,review,administerandimplementoperationalproceduresinaccordancetogoodmanufacturingpractices,andtrainthemanufacturingpersonnel;l 制订生产部门人员,费用预算以及生产部门发展的计划。l Preparesworkforceplanning,budgetsandproductiondepartmentdevelopmentplanning.l 积极引导，培养和发展生产团队成员不断努力进取和改善，保持良好的团队合作精神；l Lead,coachanddevelopmanufacturingteammemberstostriveforcontinuousimprovementandmaintaingoodteamspirit;l 上级领导交代的其他事项。l Performsanyothertask(s)asassigned.
