Requirements：1) ToevaluatenewmaterialsorintroducenewlacquerfromotherregiontoSuzhou,modifyexistingproductsbasedonthemarket/customerrequirement,aswellasthedecisionofthemanagementteam.Thenewproductsshouldmeetbothtechnicalperformanceandcosttarget.2) Toprovidenecessarysupports,preparesufficientinformationregardingmanufactureprocessforproductionteam,testingforQCteamduringtheproductionpreparationstage,andcustomerlinetrialtogettheproductapprovalfromcustomerduringtrialstage. 3) Toprovideapplicationsupportforsales,fieldsupporttocustomerifnecessary.4) Coordinatewithsalesdepartmenttohandleandsolvecustomer’scomplaintsothatourproducts/servicecanmeetcustomer’sfullsatisfaction.5) Supportfactorytoinvestigateabnormalbatchcause6) Guideandcoachassistanttocompleteassignedwork Requires:1）Prefer3-5yearsinrelatedresearchingpositionorworkingexperiencewithlabbaseinCancoatingindustry.2）BachelorwithChemistry/chemicalengineeringmajor.3）GoodprofessionalEnglish4）Computerskill
