Establishoperationproceduresandpolicies.Providetrainingtoemployees.? Manageandcompletethetechnologytransferandachievefullproductionaccordingtothebusinessplan.? PerformthefullP&LfunctionsincludingworkingcloselywiththeChineseJVpartnertoachievetherevenueandprofitgrowth.? Implementleanmanufacturingmanagementintheoperationstoachievetheworld-classoperation.ThismayincludesworkingclosingwiththeoperationsexpertiseinourUSandGermanoperations.? Workwiththestrategicsourcingteamtodevelopthesupplybasefortheproductsorcomponentsthataremanufacturedintheplant.? Developbusinessstrategiesandprovideassistancetoseniormanagementforlong-termbusinessdevelopmentinChina.? DevelopcompanyculturethatreflectsthekeyvaluesofCompany.
